Time Management & Conduct policy

Welcome to Palette Play & Arcade! To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we have established the following policies. By booking and participating in our activities, you agree to adhere to these guidelines:

1. Strict Time Management:

• We operate on a strict time management system to provide fair access to all guests. Please be mindful of your allotted time.

• Upon check-in, you will receive a wristband indicating your booked activities and time slots. Staff will monitor time usage, and you will be notified 10-15 minutes before your session ends

2. Respect for Property and Guests:

• Please treat our property with care. Damage or theft of items will not be tolerated.

• Any guest caught stealing or intentionally damaging property will be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

• Be respectful of other guests by staying in the appropriate location you booked for.

• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure.

3. Behavior and Conduct:

• Show respect to staff and other guests. Any distress or disturbances will first be addressed with a verbal warning.

• If inappropriate behavior continues, the guest or party will be asked to leave the premises.

4. Booking and Arrival:

• When booking sessions online, please arrive on time. There is a 20-minute grace period. After this, your table may be given to walk-in customers.

• While we encourage online booking, walk-ins are welcome, especially for dining. Please be mindful that we have limited capacity.

• Walk-in customers are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Time slots are assigned based on availability. During busy periods, you may experience a wait time before your session begins.

5. Health and Safety:

• We regularly sanitize all areas and equipment for your safety. Hand sanitizers are available throughout the premises.

• Please follow any posted health guidelines, such as mask-wearing and social distancing, if applicable.

6. Food and Beverage:

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Enjoy our selection of snacks and beverages.

• Alcoholic beverages are only served to guests 21 and over. Please drink responsibly. “Patrons may order one alcoholic drink at a time. Each previously ordered drink must be fully consumed before a new drink can be requested.”

7. Reservations and Cancellations:

• If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.

8. Photography and Media:

• Feel free to take photos during your visit at our photo-wall. Share your moments on social media and tag us!

• By visiting, you agree that we may use photos or videos taken during your visit for promotional purposes.

9. Lost and Found:

• If you lose an item, please report it to a staff member. We will do our best to help you recover it.

• Found items will be kept for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity.

10. Special Events and Parties:

• For groups or party bookings for 10 or more, please contact us in advance to ensure availability and special arrangements.

• Additional policies may apply for special events or private parties. Please inquire when booking.

11. Enjoy Your Visit:
